About the event
The Lord inspired 17-year-old Jaedon to organize a gathering at the Ohio Statehouse for a powerful encounter with Jesus through worship, prayer, and artistic expressions. Our intention is to follow the example of the early church as described in Acts 2 and 3, where they met daily for prayer in both the temple courts and homes, witnessing the Lord adding to their numbers those who were saved.
In the same spirit, we plan to convene in the West Plaza courtyard of the Ohio Statehouse. Although it may not be a temple (we recognize that we are the true temple of the Holy Spirit), Jaedon's vision is aligned with Jesus' words in Matthew 21:12-14, where he declared, "my house should be a house of prayer." So, we aim to make the Statehouse a house of prayer in His name!
Would you consider joining us as we support our passionate young people, this fiery generation, as they lead us in sincere worship, prayer, dance, and more? Jaedon has a sense that the Lord wants us to come with ready hearts, scripture, prayer, and a song in our hearts.
Let's boldly express our faith in the heart of downtown Columbus, the center of it all. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and come ready to pray, worship, minister to one another, and reach out to those passing by on the street. We say, "Come, Lord Jesus, come!"
